Do I need any experience to join?

No experience required. Our workshops are designed for complete beginners through to working models who want to sharpen their runway and posing technique.

What age do I need to be?

We train teens and adults, and run sessions tailored for younger aspiring models too. Reach out and we’ll point you to the right fit.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear fitted clothing that allows you to move comfortably. Heels are required for the runway training session, so please bring a pair you can walk in confidently. Once you register, we’ll send you a short checklist of everything you’ll need to bring.

Will I get signed to an agency after this?

Atelier Talent Development operates as a subsidiary of Avant Agency, so your training happens inside a working talent business rather than a standalone class. Strong graduates can be considered for representation. Training is the first step, and representation is earned, never guaranteed.
